The Katana-Artist MkII further enhances the previous model in the Katana line with next-generation features and flexibility. Variations with new tones for all five amplifier types double your tonal options, while the internal effects categories have been expanded from three to five.

The exclusive front panel controls offer even more sound adjustment options, including a three-position Contour switch, a Global EQ with three customizable curves, and a Solo boost function with adjustable level. With the new powerful Dual Amp feature, it’s easy to connect and control two Katana-Artist MkIIs to create impressive sounds with a wide stereo image.

• Professional 100-watt combo amplifier featuring enhanced sound and exclusive functions. It is equipped with a custom Waza 12-inch speaker that delivers the classic sound and response of a British stack while handling higher power. The Tube Logic design approach provides superior power and a distinctive sound. It boasts a robust analog Class AB amplification section that delivers authentic sound and musical response. The newly designed solid cabinet, partially closed at the back, ensures an aggressive and rich low-frequency sound.
• The amplifier offers five types with five variations, including Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb sections, each with three variations. There are three Contour options to shape the overall tonal color, along with a Global EQ selector featuring three settings that can be customized through the BOSS Tone Studio. A selectable Solo function with level control is also included.
• Integrated expansion functions allow for two amplifiers controlled via GA-FC and true stereo effects. The updated BOSS Tone Studio software enables sound customization with over 60 BOSS effects, along with additional editing features such as pre & post equalizers, dedicated Pedal FX, and much more. It includes series/parallel effects loops, external speaker outputs, and inputs for preamps, modelers, and multi-effects units.
• The amplifier features eight Tone Setting memories for saving and recalling all amplifier settings and memories. Power Control allows you to achieve the sound and response of a fully pushed amp at lower volumes. Cabinet mic emulation is available on line outputs, USB, and headphone/recording outputs, with three Air Feel settings accessible in BOSS Tone Studio. External control is supported through the GA-FC foot controller, footswitches, expression pedals, and MIDI.
