For over thirty years, the BOSS ME series has been a favorite among guitarists, thanks to its intuitive control interface that allows users to create high-quality sounds in just moments.

The ME-90 represents the evolution of this series, offering exceptional audio quality with 24-bit AD/DA conversion and 32-bit floating-point processing, AIRD simulation models borrowed from higher-end series, the ability to load IRs, effects loops, and much more.

**Create Your Sound in Moments**
With its knob-based interface and a versatile selection of effects, the ME-90 allows you to build configurations and modify sounds with the ease of a pedalboard filled with stompboxes, without the hassle of securing each pedal in place, distributing power, and managing numerous connection cables. Simply set an amp model or type of effect within a category, and turn the knobs to create the sound you desire. There are 36 preset patches with professional sounds ready to use, in addition to 36 user patches for saving your personal creations.

**Flexible Real-Time Control**
The ME-90 is equipped with eight smooth and silent footswitches, as well as an expression pedal with an integrated switch at the tip. Use Memory mode to recall complete configurations saved in the patches via the footswitches, and then switch to Manual mode to directly control the activation/deactivation of each category of effects within the patch. The footswitch LEDs light up in different colors for quick identification during your performances. You can also set all the LEDs to illuminate in a fixed color in each mode if desired.

**High-Quality BOSS Effects**
The ME-90 provides you with a vast library of BOSS effects, featuring seven different categories rich with selections derived from the top-of-the-line GT-1000. You'll have everything you need: from overdrives and distortions to modulation/pitch effects, high-quality delays, and reverbs. There are also 11 dedicated Pedal FX, a looper, and specialized effects such as acoustic guitar simulation and the ability to lower the tuning. In total, there are 60 types of effects, with access to another 20 via BOSS Tone Studio. An external pedal loop send/return is also available, with the option to save the on/off state in the patches and to place the loop before or after the amp models in the signal chain.
