Description:
1968 was a transitional year for Fender amplifiers, which retained their traditional tone but showcased a new vibrant look, characterized by a silver front panel and an aluminum grille.
The Deluxe Reverb has always been the perfect amplifier, in terms of size and power, for both studio use and live performances. This version, of course, is completely tube-driven and features a second channel modeled after the tones of a Bassman, with reimagined timbres, making it ideal for blues and rock. Its 22W of power is generated by two Groove Tube™ 6V6 tubes, four 12AX7 preamp tubes, two 12AT7 tubes, and a 12" Celestion® G12V-70 speaker.
The sound is the classic Fender tone: you can achieve the signature crystalline and defined Fender cleans, or "Fat" sounds and overdrive perfect for blues and rock, and with the second channel, you can push into more aggressive tones.
Completing this stunning amplifier are the spring reverb and tube vibrato, selectable on a separate channel.
