Description:
1968 was a transitional year for Fender amplifiers, which maintained their traditional tone but featured a new vibrant look, characterized by a silver front panel and aluminum grille, now known in history as Silverface.
This updated and improved version offers the perfect size and power for any setting; thanks to the inclusion of a single 12” speaker with a lightweight magnet.
Unlike the original, this amplifier has a single-channel setup, but includes a middle control to allow for more detailed sound shaping.
Additionally, it features a spring reverb and a rich, pulsating tube tremolo. This amplifier works perfectly with pedals, delivering 40W of power, generated by two 6L6 tubes in the power stage, three 12AX7 tubes, and two 12AT7 tubes in the preamp stage.
- 40W tube amplifier (3x 12AX7 + 2x 12AT7 + 2x 6V6)

- Single channel
- Spring reverb
- Fender tube tremolo
