This wonderful Fender Custom Shop proposes the aesthetic canons of the Stratocaster produced in 1959, enriched with contemporary technical details and valuable aesthetic details.

Made as a Custom Order from the Fender Custom Shop, this extraordinary instrument features a traditional two-piece alder body, paired with a sawn maple neck with a "Medium Tint" finish.

The finish, applied to the entire instrument, is the new "Flash Coat Nitro", an extremely thin type of paint, which gives the instrument a vintage look, although not abused, and which lets the instrument resonate in a superior way. This finish, however, is so thin that it will tend to age quickly. In other words it is ready to become Relic in your hands!

We also find a '59 Esquire "C" neck profile with beveled edges for maximum comfort, Medium Vintage / 47095 frets with compound radius, 7.25" - 9.5". Finally, the electronics consist of a set of Fender Custom Shop Hand Wound '59 Single-Coil Strats wired with vintage wiring.
