A Masterbuilt instrument, for those who have kept it in their arms at least once, is something beyond the already execptional experience of a Fender Custom Shop Teambuilt.

It is a guitar so wild to be tamed, an instrument so comfortable that plays fast and sweet. It is an alchemical mix of several small details that make the difference.

This Stratocaster was built by the Senior Masterbuilder Jason Smith. Jason, for those unfamiliar with him, is a Custom Shop veteran and son of longtime Fender R&D legend Dan Smith. A guitar "guru" loved for his superb instruments and lovely Relic work. To mention some of the chosing Jason Smith: John 5, Michael Landau, Flea, Josh Klinghoffer, Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, Reggie Hamilton, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Neon Trees.

A guitar which features an extremely light weight, contemporary specs, starting from the Modern "C" neck profile, Narrow Tall / 6105 frets, 9.5" radius.

Electronics features a set of Fender Custom Hand-Wound 60's Stratocaster Single Coil, with a warm very focused tone, paired with a Seymour Duncan SH-4 Jeff Beck.
