On a technical level, the instrument is equipped with a pair of Super 58 Custom pickups, the same pickups found on the Japanese-made models: the sound is warm, clear, and versatile. Adding further versatility is the Tri-Sound switch, which allows for three different "coil splitting" configurations for the neck pickup.
The neck features a comfortable "slim" profile, while the ebony fingerboard adds elegance and smoothness.
