Ibanez JEM555 Steve Vai Signature - WH

Introduced in 1994, the Ibanez JEM555 is the more accessible version of the renowned JEM series, developed in collaboration with American virtuoso Steve Vai. Initially produced in South Korea (and later in Indonesia from 2008), this guitar is designed to bring the style and iconic features of the JEM series to a wider audience.

The JEM555 features a basswood body, a bolt-on maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard with 24 frets, adorned with the distinctive "Tree of Life" inlay up to the twelfth fret and dot position markers beyond. The electronics consist of a set of DiMarzio Evolution pickups, configured in an H-S-H layout, aimed at delivering versatility and powerful sound. The bridge is equipped with a Double Locking Tremolo system, which has evolved over the years from the Lo TRS II to the Edge Pro II, and finally to the Edge III.
