The Taylor 114ce features the Grand Auditorium shape within the 100 Series. Grand Auditoriums offer a great balance across all frequencies, making them suitable for all styles of playing.
This instrument is characterized by a Sitka spruce "Torrified" top, which has been artificially aged for enhanced tonal qualities, and an asymmetrical C-Class bracing that ensures excellent projection, sustain, and resonance.
The body is a full-shoulder design, while the electronics consist of the reliable Taylor ES2, equipped with Volume, Bass, and Treble controls.
