The Taylor 117e enriches the 100 Series of Taylor with the Grand Pacific shape, which was previously only available in the 300 Series and higher.
This instrument features a Sitka spruce "Torrified" top, which has been artificially aged for optimal sound quality, and an asymmetrical C-Class bracing that ensures excellent projection, sustain, and resonance.
The guitar impresses with its balance and clarity, especially considering the power of the bass tones. It is perfect for the guitarist who enjoys strumming, as well as for solo performances.
The body has a full shoulder design, while the electronics include the reliable Taylor ES2 with Volume, Bass, and Treble controls.
