Boss AC-22LX

The AC-22LX represents a new concept in acoustic amplification, providing you with a "full-immersion" performance experience thanks to BOSS's advanced acoustic space technology. Air Feel injects vitality into the sterile and dry sound of standard pickups for acoustic instruments, recreating the richly detailed timbres captured by classic stereo microphone setups in top recording studios. The extraordinary voice of the AC-22LX projects well beyond its compact size, infusing your amplified sound with depth, dimensionality, and a natural acoustic resonance.

• Compact amplifier for electrified acoustic guitars and other acoustic instruments equipped with pickups. The innovative Air Feel function recreates microphone stereo pickup configurations, producing an exciting acoustic sound rich in depth, dimension, and natural resonance. Its compact design makes it easy to transport, featuring two specially designed 5" dual-cone speakers.
• The stereo power amplifier delivers 10 watts (5 watts x 2). The Guitar/Instrument channel includes a 3-band equalizer, along with dedicated Reverb and Reverb & Chorus effects. The Mic channel features an XLR input, phantom power, a 2-band equalizer, and a dedicated Reverb effect.
• There are five Air Feel settings: Dry, XY, AB, ORTF, and Mid-Side. You can save and recall sound configurations with 15 memory slots. The internal Rhythm Box offers 15 patterns, and you can customize pattern types with 119 selections using the AC-22LX Editor. An internal looper is available (requiring an optional footswitch).
• The amplifier also includes a stereo line output with Air Feel, an auxiliary stereo input for music playback, and a USB audio interface with Loopback for recording and livestreaming. It operates with the included transformer or with eight AA batteries. The AC-22LX Editor app (macOS/Windows/iOS/Android) allows for complete sound editing. An optional Bluetooth® Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor (BT-DUAL) enables wireless audio playback from a mobile device, sound customization with the mobile editor, and more.
