Electro Harmonix Bad Stone

EHX has resurrected the legendary Bad Stone Phase Shifter. With the rising prices of the original from 1970, you now have the opportunity to obtain a faithful reissue of the original circuit design and the three-knob control layout, but it comes with modern enhancements suitable for today’s guitarist.

The Bad Stone offers incredible six-stage pitch shifting, plus a manual mode that allows you to freeze the phase. The Rate knob controls the shifting speed, ranging from a very slow swoosh to a quick oscillating warble. Feedback determines the depth of the phasing effect, and a switch allows the user to select either Auto or Manual mode.

In addition to the die-cast housing, other modern features include True Bypass for maximum signal path integrity, an effect status LED, and an AC jack for a separately available EHX 9.6DC power supply.
