EMG DG20 David Gilmour - BK

David Gilmour has used this EMG system on his main Strat (the red one) for many years. The DG20 comes equipped with cream SA pickups, wired with an EXG Guitar Expander, an SPC Presence Control, and a master volume – all mounted on a deluxe pearlescent white pickguard with white plastic parts.

The EMG-EXG expander circuit enhances bass and treble while reducing mid frequencies (perfect for chord clarity at high volumes), while the SPC allows the SA pickups to sing by boosting the mid frequencies and transforming the single coils into humbuckers.
