With higher Gain levels, it is possible to achieve bright and defined Crunch tones.
The Lead channel builds upon the Clean channel, offering all the additional Gain levels: perfect sounds for Rock and Metal.
The integrated Noise Gate allows for easy sound management, while the Mid Boost function is an excellent option for emphasizing mid-range frequencies and helping your sound stand out in the mix.
The power section is equipped with 6L6GC tubes, just like its bigger sibling, the ENGL Fireball 100.
This head has enough "punch" and "headroom" for any live or studio setting.
Finally, the integrated Power Soak allows you to play late into the night or push the amplifier to its maximum performance while keeping the volume at a manageable level.
