Description:
Since the 1960s, the Casino has been the choice of countless musicians, including Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, Keith Richards, Ray Davies, Dave Davies, and Paul Weller.
For the first time in over 50 years, the legendary Hollowbody Archtop is being crafted at the Gibson USA facilities in Nashville.
The body, made from solid maple without a center block, provides the instrument with a warm tone and a soft attack. Paired with a mahogany neck and high-quality rosewood fingerboard, it features a C-profile that is comfortable for any musician.
The icing on the cake is the iconic Gibson USA Dogear P-90 pickups, which offer a unique tonal palette distinct from the usual Humbuckers and Single Coils; this pickup is incredibly versatile, capable of delivering definition and punch to the sound while remaining clean and crystalline when the volume control is turned down.
The combination of woods and pickups in the Epiphone Casino gives it a balanced sound that is ideal for any style of music. Finally, the guitar comes with an elegant Epiphone-branded hard case.
