Specifically, these instruments are characterized by the new Yosemite™ Single-Coil pickups, designed to produce a rich and expressive tone. With their flat-staggered poles, the Yosemite pickups are versatile and provide impressive output.

Noteworthy is the inclusion of a Greasebucket™ tone circuit on the bridge pickup, which allows for the gradual cutting of high frequencies without adding low frequencies as the tone controls are rolled off. This technical feature helps prevent the sound alteration typically associated with traditional circuits.

Finally, other modern technical features include a "Modern C" neck profile, a very smooth and comfortable 22-jumbo-fret fingerboard, and a Double Tap split-able neck pickup designed to switch to "split" mode without any loss of volume.
