It is a guitar so wild to be tamed, an instrument so comfortable that plays fast and sweet. It is an alchemical mix of several small details that make the difference.
This Stratocaster was built by the Senior Masterbuilder Ron Thorn. Ron, for those unfamiliar with him, is a real "nerd" luthiery. A guitar artisan who does not leave the slightest detail to chance, a builder capable of making amazing instruments from every point of view. A skilled inlayer, an innovative designer, Ron Thorn's performance are often unmatched also on great classics such as this Stratocaster.
A guitar which features contemporary specs, starting from the Mid 60's Oval "C" neck profile, Narrow Tall / 6105 frets, 9.5" radius, roasted alder body, rolled fingerboard edges, RSD Stratocaster Tremolo, ending with a Strat Blender w/Tone Saver wiring.
Electronics features a set of Fender Custom Handwound Ancho Poblano Single Coil with the middle one RWRP.
