Description:
The elegant Telecaster Custom model was produced from 1959 to 1968. The 1962 Telecaster Custom Journeyman Relic replicates the technical specifications of that era, with some contemporary technical enhancements to improve playability.
Delving into the details, we find a quartersawn maple neck with a comfortable 60's Oval "C" profile. The rosewood fingerboard features a 9.5" radius, while the 21 Narrow Tall frets strike the right balance between comfort and historical accuracy.
In terms of electronics, it is equipped with a pair of hand-wound Fender Custom Shop Hand Wound '64 Tele Single Coil pickups, paired with modern Tele circuitry.
