We have to admit that realizing Custom Orders, especially when we are talking about so distinctive guitars, is really a fun work! But, when you finally get it after a long wai, you open the case and you see in front of you the real thing, it is a really big emotion.
With Fender Custom 1969 Stratocaster Heavy Relic we really wanted to do something "different". A distinctive Purple Sparkle finish on a 1969 spec'd Stratocaster, with the addition of a Reverse Headstock and a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Humbucker in bridge position.
That's really a rare bird!
The guitar was meant to be versatile, with a set of Fender Custom Hand Wound '57 Single Coil, which well pair with the bridge Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB Humbucker: it allows to play everything from Blues to Hard Rock.
