The Fender Custom Limited Edition 1956 Stratocaster Super Heavy Relic features a selected alder body with a lacquer Super Heavy Relic® finish, which really stands out from the regular production.
This instrument was offered as Limited Edition during the Winter NAMM 2021 and i took almost 2 years to deliver, but it worth it!
The pickups are a set of Fender Custom Handwound Fat 50's Stratocaster Single Coil wired on a Fat 50's Stratpcaster wiring: the tone is warm and rich.
Other technical features include a 5/4 Quartersawn Maple Neck with a Mid 60's Oval "C" profile, a maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, 21 Narrow Tall / 6105 frets and comfortable rolled edges.
Included in the price a Fender Custom Tweed Hardshell Case, a Fender Custom Shop Leather Strap and a certificate of authenticity.
