Description:
This Fender Custom Limited 1961 Stratocaster Super Heavy Relic in Aged Lake Placid Blue over 3-Color Sunburst finish features a classic Alder body sort for lightness, extremely resonant and dynamic, a Quartersawn Maple neck with a comfortable Mid 60's Oval "C" profile.
The sort for darknes Rosewood fingerboard features 21 Jumbo / 6100 frets with a 9.5" radius: in other words a contemporary configured instrument, meant for performance and easy bending.
The sound is loaded-up, rich in harmonics, thanks to the set of Fender Custom Shop Hand-Wound Master Design Bone Tone Single Coil pickups and is combined with a Fat 50's Strat 1/2 Blender circuit, which allows to obtain an infinite number of tones, thanks to the Blender placed where the Tone 2 control is usually present.
