A livello tecnico preme sottolineare la presenza di un set di pickup Dual Mag II, di seconda generazione: questi particolari single coil sono caratterizzati da doppi magneti, ottimizzati per le corde su cui lavorano. Il risultato è l'assenza del classico effetto "coperta corta", ovvero pickup bilanciati e performanti su tutte le corde ed in tutte le posizioni.
Altre caratteristiche sono il manico in acero con taglio Quartersawn, la tastiera in palissandro selezionato, profilo del manico Mid 60's Oval "C", raggio di curvatura da 9.5", 21 tasti 6105 / Narrow Tall ed una circuitazione con Blender e Tone Saver.
