Fender Kurt Cobain Signature Jaguar Left Handed

Fender presents one of the most unique models in the Signature series, the Jaguar Kurt Cobain – meticulously shaped after the battered and unusual 1965 Jaguar that Cobain wielded during the tumultuous early '90s, when Nirvana ruled the rock world and led an extraordinary musical and cultural movement.

Cobain's Jaguar, which he mistreated in many musical battles, has been reproduced by Fender's craftsmen down to the last detail, including the Road Worn finish, humbucking pickups, electronics, and controls (which were already on the guitar when it was purchased by Kurt in the summer of 1991).

It features an alder body with a Road Worn finish also on the hardware, a rosewood fingerboard with pearloid inlays, a Stratocaster headstock with a '50s "spaghetti" logo, DiMarzio® DP103 PAF 36th Anniversary humbucking pickup at the neck and DP100 Super Distortion at the bridge, three knurled knobs (volume-volume-tone), a three-position toggle switch, a chrome Adjusto-Matic™ bridge, and Gotoh® tuning machines.

It comes with a black tolex hard case and an exclusive Fender book on Kurt Cobain featuring photos and commentary by Charles Peterson, as well as an interview with Nirvana's guitar technician, Earnie Bailey.
