Description:
The Semi-Hollow guitars produced by the Gibson Custom Shop are once again available in the catalog, and this new Historic Collection represents the pinnacle of historical accuracy ever achieved: the goal has been accomplished by analyzing, testing, and studying original specimens.
The skilled hands of the luthiers at the Gibson Custom Shop have meticulously reproduced every detail, from the colors to the dimensions and curves of the original instruments, which command exorbitant prices in the vintage market.
The result is an instrument that, when held and played, provides a truly immersive experience.
Specifically, the replica of the 1959 ES-355 features an ebony fretboard with "Block" inlays, a '59 Medium "C" neck profile, and original-style plastic parts and hardware.
