This axe is a dead ringer for a perfectly preserved twin-pickupped Les Paul Special you'd find hanging in the student section of any fine music store from 1960. Proudly replicated are the timeless Gibson tonewood recipe (mahogany/mahogany/rosewood) and fast-playing 1960 Slim Taper neck that have won over players like Rivers Cuomo to Jerry Garcia.

Thick, biting runch and glassy cleans emit from the 1960 Les Paul Special Double Cut Reissue's Custom Shop Soapbar P-90 pickups with CTS pots and paper-in-oil caps. A thin VOS nitrocellulose finish and vintage appointments (Kluson tuners, Top Hat knobs) complete the package.
