Description:
There are times that even us, despite being used to handle wonderful instruments on a daily basis, remain speachless when we open a case containing something unique and rare.
This is the case of the Gibson Custom Murphy Lab 1963 Les Paul SG Custom Reissue with Maestro Vibrola M2M Ultra Light Aged: from the first glance the combination of the Purple finish with Murphy Lab treatment and the gold hardware is striking.
An instrument that we honestly do not know if it has "little sisters" in the world, if there are, they are really very few!
Technically speaking, it is a replica of the 1963 Les Paul / SG Custom model, characterized by a set of 3 humbucker pickups, a 1960 Slim Taper profile neck, an ebony fingerboard with "Block" inlays.
An instrument that from a sonical point of view is striking for its openness, resonance and presence.
Literally a masterpiece to hold in your hands to understand how special it is.
