Description:
The Gibson ES-335 is the cornerstone of the ES collection from Gibson USA. Since its introduction to the catalog in 1958, this model has always been an unparalleled standard in the world of semi-hollow guitars.
This version showcases the standout features of the historic model, presented in a contemporary design that meets the needs of virtually everyone, enhanced with distinctive technical and aesthetic details.
Specifically, it features a AAA flamed maple top, a center block and back and sides that have undergone artificial aging treatment for astonishing resonance, a mahogany neck with rounded edges and a Rounded "C" profile that is very comfortable, a fingerboard with a Graph Tech nut—material that facilitates string movement and helps maintain tuning—and a nut width of 1.695".
The pickups are a pair of Gibson Calibrated T-Type Humbuckers, known for their warm and defined tone, while the electronics are hand-wired.
In terms of hardware, it includes the traditional aluminum ABR-1 bridge and a set of Vintage Deluxe tuners.
