Description:
Gibson's highly anticipated return to the amplifier market is a significant one. The first amplifier born from the genius of Randall Smith is a combo that pays homage to the iconic Gibson Falcon of the 1960s.
The Falcon 20 features the essential design of a vintage amplifier, enhanced with contemporary technical specifications.
The controls are incredibly simple: Volume and Tone, along with reverb and tremolo. However, the range of sounds is truly fantastic and will satisfy even the most discerning ears in search of an authentic Blues/Rock tone.
The Falcon 20 is designed to generate dynamic overdrive, responsive to the guitarist's touch, with an emphasis on low frequencies.
The speaker is a Jensen® Blackbird 40, 12" which pairs perfectly with the Class A circuitry. The power section is enhanced by a Power Attenuator feature, allowing operation in Full, Half, or Low modes.
This amplifier is perfect for home use, in recording studio environments, and for live performances.
