Description:
The Gibson J-45 Standard is a Dreadnought-style guitar and is part of Gibson's Round Shoulder series. In production since the 1940s, the J-45 remains one of the best-selling guitars in the Gibson Acoustic catalog, also suitable for studio recording use.
It features a scalloped bracing, a four-layer binding on the top, mother-of-pearl inlays, and vintage nickel-plated tuning machines. The top is made of solid Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are constructed from solid Honduran mahogany, and the bridge and fingerboard are made of rosewood.
The new version is characterized by improved electronics, the L.R. Baggs Element VTC, enhanced playability due to a neck designed for a more comfortable grip, frets processed with PLEK technology, and a new finish that is even more beautiful and glossy.
In particular, this Exclusive version features a stunning Honey Burst coloration.
