It includes enhancements and upgraded features, many of which are directly derived from the Les Paul Modern, such as an ebony fingerboard with binding and a compound radius for improved playability, the "Modern Contoured Heel" for easier access to the upper frets, black nickel hardware, coil tapping, and additional switches for phase control and pure bypass.

This guitar offers high-performance tone with modern features while maintaining the classic "old school" Les Paul look.
