Description:
The new Gibson Les Paul Standard is a return to its roots. The Les Paul Standard model is once again the traditional Les Paul, featuring all the technical details of the Golden Era.
Specifically, this version draws inspiration from the Les Pauls of the 1950s and is characterized by a AAA flamed maple top.
We find the customary combination of materials for the body, namely solid mahogany without weight relief and maple. The neck has a 50's Rounded profile, which is not small in size, yet remains comfortable.
The rosewood fingerboard is adorned with "Trapezoid" inlays, while the bridge is a classic ABR-1 Tune-o-matic.
The sound generated by a pair of '57 Classic pickups with Alnico II magnets possesses all the characteristics of the vintage Gibson tone: warm, rich in attack, and with infinite sustain.
The electronics consist of 4 logarithmic potentiometers, Orange Drop capacitors, all hand-wired.
If you are searching for a "Les Paul like the old days," this model is the right choice!
