Description:

The new Gibson Les Paul Standard is a return to its roots. The Les Paul Standard model is once again the traditional Les Paul, featuring all the technical details of the Golden Era.

Specifically, this version is inspired by the Les Pauls of the 1950s.

We find the classic combination of materials for the body, namely mahogany without weight relief and maple. The neck has a 50's Rounded profile, which is not small in size but remains comfortable.

The rosewood fingerboard is adorned with "Trapezoid" inlays, while the bridge is a classic ABR-1 Tune-o-matic.

The sound produced by a pair of BurstBucker 1 and BurstBucker 2 pickups with Alnico II magnets embodies all the characteristics of vintage Gibson sound: warm, rich in attack, and with infinite sustain.

The electronics consist of 4 logarithmic potentiometers, Orange Drop capacitors, all hand-wired.

Particularly, this Faded version features a nitrocellulose finish in one of the most iconic colors of the Gibson brand. The Vintage Tobacco Burst finish replicates the natural aging of the instrument, thus giving it a unique vintage touch.
