Description:
The new Gibson Les Paul Standard is a return to its roots. The Les Paul Standard model is once again the traditional Les Paul, featuring all the technical details of the Golden Era.
In particular, this version is inspired by the Les Pauls of the 1950s.
Specifically, this guitar features a body and top entirely made of mahogany. The neck has a 50s Vintage profile, which is not small in size, but always comfortable.
The rosewood fingerboard is adorned with "Acrylic Trapezoid" inlays, while the bridge is a classic ABR-1 Tune-o-matic.
The sound generated by a pair of BurstBucker 1 and BurstBucker 2 with Alnico II magnets possesses all the characteristics of the vintage Gibson tone: warm, rich in attack, and with infinite sustain.
The electronics consist of 4 logarithmic potentiometers, Orange Drop capacitors, all hand-wired.
If you are looking for a "Les Paul like the old days," this model is the right choice!
