Description:
Demanding guitarists in search of an HSS-configured electric guitar will find many of the desired features in the Ibanez Prestige AZ2204NW. Guitars in the AZ series have been designed by incorporating the most sought-after technical characteristics from the market, creating an instrument that leaves nothing to chance, from A to Z.
On the technical side, we have a pair of Seymour Duncan Fortuna Single Coils with moderate output, perfect for achieving round, crystal-clear, and defined "clean" tones, along with a Seymour Duncan Fortuna Humbucker, all wired in a traditional HSS configuration with the addition of the Dyna-MIX9 Switching System featuring an Alter Switch, which expands the already rich tonal palette.
The body is made of alder, while the neck is crafted from "Roasted" maple with an AZ Oval "C" profile and paired with a rosewood fingerboard featuring 22 jumbo stainless steel frets with a variable radius.
To conclude, it is worth noting the presence of a Gotoh® T1702B Tremolo bridge and a set of Gotoh® Magnum Lock Machine Heads with H.A.P.
