The discerning guitarist seeking an electric guitar with an HSH pickup configuration will find many of the desired features in the Ibanez Prestige AZ2407F. Instruments in the AZ series have been designed by incorporating the most sought-after technical features from the market, resulting in a tool that leaves nothing to chance, from A to Z.
On a technical level, the guitar is equipped with a set of modern DiMarzio® pickups: a DiMarzio® Air Norton™ Humbucker at the neck, a DiMarzio® True Velvet™ Single Coil in the center position, and a DiMarzio® The Tone Zone® Humbucker at the bridge, all wired to a traditional setup with a Master Volume, Master Tone, and a 5-way selector switch.
The body is made of American basswood with a Hawaiian Koa top, while the "Roasted" maple neck features an AZ Oval "C" profile and is paired with a 24 Jumbo stainless steel frets rosewood fingerboard with a 12" radius.
Finally, the guitar includes a Gotoh® T1502S Tremolo bridge and a set of Gotoh® MG-T Locking Machine Heads.
