Description:
The Gibson Memphis 1952 ES-295 hollowbody electric guitar is a sumptuous reissue of the instrument that launched rock 'n' roll. That's right: Scotty Moore, Elvis's lead guitarist, played one, as did many other axemen of the era.
Gibson Memphis Custom Shop luthiers spec'd this gorgeous archtop with historically correct features, including a Bullion Gold nitrocellulose finish, cream-covered Memphis P-90 pickups, tulip button Kluson tuners, and a vintage-style Bail tailpiece. Even the top bracing and rim lining are period-correct. Grab your slice of music history: the Gibson Memphis 1952 ES-295.
