Based on the 1960s Jet, the Sparkle Jet has a chambered mahogany body, making it lighter than most guitars in its field. Gretsch's choice of woods are greatly admired here, with a super smooth ebony fingerboard and clean maple neck. Chuck in the Grover tuners and Pinned Space Control bridge and this is a guitar to last a lifetime.
