LR Baggs HiFi Duet

HiFi Duet is a mixing system for acoustic guitar that combines a high-fidelity pickup set with a next-generation microphone, providing a comprehensive solution for multi-source amplification. The system utilizes two non-invasive sensors installed under the bridge, designed to maintain the natural timbre of the instrument while ensuring a balanced, defined, and dynamic sound output. The sensors are lightweight and easy to install, thanks to an adhesive technology that does not alter the structural integrity of the guitar.

The Silo Mic is based on TRU•MIC technology and employs an innovative capsule with "Tuned Suspension," aimed at delivering a natural sound and high feedback resistance. It provides a clean signal with quality comparable to studio microphones, adapting to various situations with a plug-and-play approach.

The system includes a studio-level preamplifier with a multi-pole crossover, which manages the blending between the HiFi pickups and the Silo microphone, allowing for a smooth transition from more direct sounds to open and airy tones.
