The 1x12 Mini Recto® cabinet was originally designed as a natural pairing for the Mini Rectifier® Twenty-Five heads. Their popularity is due not only to performance but also to the "Mini Stack" look they create when paired with the Mini Rectifier.
Compared to the Standard Rectifier 1x12, the Mini Rectifier 1x12s are slightly more focused on the low frequencies and offer a more balanced response across the entire frequency range.
When paired with a second Mini Rectifier 1x12 (either Slant or Straight), the overall volume and sound become incredibly "thick."
Like all Mesa Boogie cabinets, the Mesa Boogie 1x12 Mini Rectifier is made from Baltic Birch "Marine Grade" plywood with a jute front panel: an extremely durable cabinet, produced without compromise in terms of quality.
