Description:
Inspired by the legendary Tweed amplifiers, the Mesa/Boogie California Tweed 6V6 4:40 is a tube combo amplifier based on 6V6 power tubes, featuring Duo-Class and Dyna-Watt circuitry, five selectable power levels, two operating classes, and three selectable wiring options.
At first glance, its simplicity is immediately apparent: a pure single-channel amplifier with a magnificent sound.
The Normal and Low inputs allow the amplifier to adapt to different input levels from guitars, while the sound is easily shaped using the 3-band equalizer, along with the Gain, Presence, and Master controls.
Additionally, it features a "Long Tank" tube reverb and a buffered effects loop. In every aspect, as always with Mesa Boogie, there are no compromises.
