MXR CAE MC406 Buffer

The Custom Audio Electronics MC406 Buffer is the solution for issues that arise when combining effects with different impedances. It offers the ability to boost the gain by +6dB and adjust signal loss via the Hi-Cut and Low-Cut switches. The CAE Buffer features an extra output for a tuner, a separate effects chain, or an amplifier. A convenient 9VDC power output allows for the powering of additional pedals.
