The McCarty 594 model is a vintage-inspired instrument that feels familiar and extremely playable in the hands of the guitarist. Whether you prefer the rich, warm tones of humbuckers or the sweet brightness of single-coils, the McCarty 594 allows you to explore both sonic territories without limits.
What makes this instrument special are its unique specifications. Notably, the scale length of 24.594", which is slightly shorter than the classic 25", and the 58/15 LT pickups, where LT signifies a lower number of windings, providing a warm and defined sound.
Additionally, there are a pair of volume and tone controls positioned so that you can lower both the volume and tone simultaneously with just one motion.
Finally, there is a new neck profile, the Pattern Vintage, which is slightly thicker than the traditional PRS neck and remains asymmetrical, making it ergonomic.
The tuning machines are PRS Vintage-Style Tuners, while the bridge is a PRS Two-Piece Bridge.
