The Paul Reed Smith SE McCarty 594 Singlecut is a versatile instrument inspired by vintage guitars, capable of delivering both the warm tones of the Humbucker world and the crystal-clear timbres of the Single Coil realm.

With its Volume and Tone controls featuring Push/Pull functionality, the SE McCarty 594 Singlecut allows for seamless transitions between different tonal worlds, creating interesting combinations as well.

The pickups, 58/15 LT "S," have been carefully designed to provide warm, vintage-style tones with great definition.

Tuning stability is ensured by a two-piece bridge made of zinc and a set of Vintage-Style tuning machines.

Other noteworthy technical features include a 22-fret fingerboard, a Pattern Vintage neck that is fairly chunky yet comfortable to hold, and a slightly thicker back than other SE models for enhanced sustain.
