Taylor 324ce

The Taylor 324ce is a variant of one of the best-selling guitars in the Taylor catalog, the 314ce. It features a Grand Auditorium body shape and is made entirely of solid woods, producing a warm yet defined tone. Its unique sound is attributed to the use of a solid mahogany top, as opposed to the traditional spruce, along with mahogany back and sides. The result is an astonishing guitar.

What we present here is the V-Class version, equipped with the revolutionary "V" bracing pattern designed by the brilliant luthier Taylor Andy Powers.

This innovative bracing allows for overcoming the compromise between sustain and resonance that typically exists with the classic "X" bracing. The "V" bracing enables the soundboard to move in sync with the strings, thereby increasing sustain without stiffening the structure, resulting in both high sustain and remarkable resonance.

Additionally, the guitar features an ebony fingerboard with Gemstone inlays, an ebony bridge, and the innovative Taylor Expression System 2 electronics.

The Taylor Expression System 2 represents the latest evolutionary step in Taylor electronics. The new sensor is not positioned like traditional piezos beneath the bridge; instead, it is placed behind it. This positioning reduces strain on the sensor, allowing for unprecedented sound dynamics. Moreover, this placement has enabled the addition of an easily adjustable balance between the treble and bass using a convenient Allen wrench.
