Description:

The Taylor 217e-SB Plus model makes its debut within the 50th Anniversary Series, introducing the Grand Pacific shape into the 200 Series.

The back and sides are made of laminated Indian rosewood, paired with a solid Sitka spruce top that has been "Torrified": this combination produces a balanced mix of warmth and definition, tonal characteristics further emphasized by the presence of a state-of-the-art C-Class bracing.

As a commemorative model celebrating Taylor's 50th anniversary, it is offered in a limited edition with several premium aesthetic details, such as diamond inlays, gold tuning machines, gold-decorated bridge pins, and an AeroCase. Production is limited to 1974 instruments worldwide.
