There are also 13 classic amplifier and cabinet models onboard, covering everything from the serenity of clean tones to the chaos of high-gain. You can use up to five effects simultaneously, chained together in any order. And once you’ve crafted your sound, you can save up to 50 user patches. Metronomes are great for keeping time, but they aren’t very inspiring.

With the looper on the Zoom G1 Four, you can establish a chord progression, create a loop, and then play it back. You can record and create loops of up to 30 seconds of CD-quality audio, more than enough to create dynamic multi-part arrangements.
